Home User Support Services
Panda Security provides two levels of support for our home product customers – free and premium.

Free support services are available by email and on the web, and cover all issues specifically related to the Panda products and your
use of those products. Standard response time is 48 hours.
Premium support services add telephone support for product issues and the additional services shown in the chart below. Premium
support services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and charged on a per-incident basis; the cost varies according to the type of
service requested.
